ORDER

This petition is filed seeking leave to the petitioner to continue the appeal, which was filed by the petitioner's deceased husband, who was convicted in Special Case No.66/2011 on 23.11.2017.

2. When the appeal in Crl.A(MD)No.8 of 2018 was pending, the husband of the petitioner died on 04.02.2018. Subsequently, the delay condone petition filed by the petitioner, has been condoned in Crl.MP(MD)No.7536/2021, by order dated 20.05.2021. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition to grant leave to her to continue the said appeal. Being the wife of the deceased, the petitioner is entitiled to continue the appeal.
