ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner within a stipulated period on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.17.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is studying B.E Course, who approached the second respondent bank along with necessary documents seeking educational loan on 17.03.2017. Though thereafter, several communications between the petitioner and the second respondent bank took place, the second respondent bank has not sanctioned any loan to the petitioner. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court, to direct the respondents to sanction the loan. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents on due instructions would submit that now the bank is inclined to consider the loan application of the petitioner, for which the petitioner is required to submit afresh an application along with all required documents.
4. Under such circumstance, this Court directs the petitioner to submit the loan application before the bank along with all required documents to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such filing, the respondents are directed to pass necessary orders for sanctioning educational loan to the petitioner within a period of four weeks therefrom.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
