This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has now become infructuous, since a case has been registered against the petitioners.
