ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) would submit that no complaint has been received from the third respondent or any other person against the petitioner and no enquiry is pending. Moreover, the petitioner has stated that he submitted a representation to the first respondent requesting that no false complaint be entertained against him. Such a representation is alien to the scheme of criminal law and cannot be countenanced.
3. Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
