ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.b imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD). No.5326 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026 on the file of this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned counsel for the State of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
