ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9288 of 2025 dated 01.04.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned counsel for the State of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 27-05-2026 Rmk To The Inspector of Police Kadamalaikundu Police Station Theni District.
