************ This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the property in question is an ancestral property and the respondents 3 to 5, taking advantage of the age of the petitioner, are threatening the petitioner and trying to interfere with the possession of the property.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that earlier the very same petitioner had given a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 and the same was registered in Crime No.44 of 2008. After the investigation, the police found that the petitioner was not owning any property and a closure report was also filed before the concerned Court on 24.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It is left to the
petitioner to redress her grievance by approaching an appropriate Court against the respondents 3 to 5.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
