(MD) No. 11713 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SENTHIL MURUGAN.C., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11713 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to non inclusion of Section 67 of IT Act in the petition and order, these petitioners were not able to surrender and execute sureties. Hence, extension of time may be granted for producing sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 24.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11713 of 2021.
