Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction and disburse forthwith all the monetary benefits i.e, arrears of salary and other attendant benefits to the petitioner from the date of her appointment approval w.e.f 17.06.2009 along with the interest to a tune of 8.5 percentage. ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.AmjadKhan, Government Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Mr.T.Cibi Chakravarthy, Advocate for the 1st Respondent this Court made the following order:
This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" to grant 9 months time to comply the order passed in WP (MD) No. 29991 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submitted that the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 18.12.2023 have been complied with and that nothing remains for further adjudication.
