PRAYER :- To clarify the condition imposed with respect to the time frame in the amendment order dated 28.7.2021 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.5128 of 2021 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.3837 of 2021.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioners are figuring as accused in Crime No.423 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pudukottai District, for the offences under Section 420 of I.P.C. The petitioners filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3837 of 2021 and vide order dated 11.06.2021, I granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein. Later, the petitioners filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5128 of 2021 and the learned Judge of this Court granted extension of time to the petitioners to surrender.
3. The petitioners' counsel states that when the petitioners appeared before the jurisdictional Magistrate and offered to furnish the sureties, their surrender was not accepted. Now he states that the petitioners will appear and surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate on or before 02.11.2021 and furnish sureties.
4. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to accept the petitioners' surrender, since this Court has extended the time for surrender.
