PRAYER in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.387 of 2018: This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2018 before the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfer the same to Family Court, Pudukkottai.

For Petitioner : Mr.J.Anandkumar For Respondent : Mr.N.Rahamadhullah C O M M O N O R D E R The wife is the petitioner herein in both the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. She seeks transfer of the H.M.O.P.s, one of which was instituted by the husband and one by herself.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent points out that evidence has already been adduced on the side of the petitioner in both H.M.O.P.s. Since both H.M.O.P.s are halfway through, it would not be in the interest of justice to effect transfer at this stage. Hence, these petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected C.M.P.(MD) Nos. 9360 and 9361 of 2018 are closed.
