ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from dispossessing the petitioners from the item 1 to 31 of the properties in A.S.No.149/2015 on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the main appeal itself was disposed of and hence this case become infructuous. 2/4

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents has represented that the main appeal itself disposed of by the competent Court and hence, this petition become infructuous. 4.In view of the above submissions made by both sides and also considering the fact that the main appeal itself disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
