ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.112 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Virudhunagar, for the offence punishable under Sections Section 6(4) of TNSC(RDCS)Rules, 1982 and Sec.7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.112 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Virudhunagar. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 07.10.2016.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,Virudhunagar, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
