ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2026 and revoke the suspension order dated 16.04.2026.

2. This matter earlier came up for consideration on 27.05.2026 and the same was adjourned today, to enable the learned counsel for the respondents to get instructions in this matter. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mrs.K.Porkodi, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after issuance of the 2/5

impugned proceedings, a charge memo was already issued to the petitioner and the respondents are taking appropriate steps to conclude the enquiry pursuant to the said charge memo.

4. She also further submitted that the first respondent would also consider the request made by the petitioner by submitting a representation dated 04.05.2026 for revocation of suspension and appropriate orders will be passed, expeditiously.

5. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 04.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. 12.06.2026 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No rm 3/5
