ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in Na.Ka.No.96/CM Cell/KKCO/2021. It was closed on 02.09.2021 observing that it is purely a money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein.
