2. When the matter was listed before me on 20.04.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioners report no instructions. Hence, the name of the petitioners was printed and the case adjourned to 25.04.2023

3. On 25.04.2023 and on 28.04.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the 2/4

petitioners. The petitioners was called absent. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 05.06.2023, under the caption " for arguments or for orders". Even today, ie. on 05.06.2023, there is no representation on the side of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the second respondent is ready for arguments.

4. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over.

5. The stay was granted up to 27.01.2021. It was not extended further. In view of the above circumstances, the prosecution is directed to file charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
