Padmavathi Devi, Special Government Pleader, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that 17 persons were found to be ineligible and already notices have been issued against them. The eligible persons have been given patta. In such view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
