ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324,307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.148 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and another person had attacked the defacto complainant and had caused injuries to him and therefore First Information Report came to be registered against this petitioner and another person. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is a case and a counter case and based on the complaint given by this petitioner, the respondent police have registered First Information Report against the defacto complainant in Crime No.149 of 2018.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the respondent police are investigating both the cases.

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
