Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to inspect Petitioner's Service Connection No.05354009665 situated in petitioner's house property bearing Door No.5/20 Kudisaikal, Kannyarajapuram, Ramanathapuram District and take necessary action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2020 to ensure proper and correct reading of his electricity consumption in the above metre and for refunding the excess amounts collected from the petitioner and also to take action against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.

2.The petitioner wants the respondents to inspect the petition mentioned service connection and take appropriate action based on his representation.
