To set aside the impugned award passed in MCOP No.141 of 2017 dated 31.12.2019 on the file of the MACT (Chief Judicial Magistrate Court), Thoothukudi.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- By the order dated 02.01.2023, this Court has allowed the petition on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the credit of Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai - 625 023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditional order dated 02.01.2023 and memo has also been filed to that effect. 3.Compliance is recorded.
