ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.08.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 395 and r/w Section 411 of IPC, in Crime No.183 of 2006, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in Cr.M.P.No.582 of 2018 in S.C.No.347 of 2008, on the file of the learned V Additional District Session and Judge, Madurai. Therefore, the NBW came to be issued on 12.02.2018 and he was remanded to judicial custody.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that totally there are 9 accused in the case. The petitioner is an innocent. He would further submit that the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. He would also submit that the petitioner is in incarceration from 16.08.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on all further hearing dates without fail;
