: Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the contemnor / respondent and to punish her for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.481 of 2019 dated 09.01.2019.

Prayer in WP(MD). 481/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to4 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and consequently provide pension and other retirement benefits to the petitioner, within the time period stipulated by this court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the direction issued in W.P.(MD)No.481 of 2019 dated 09.01.2019. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows:- "4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs."

CONT.P.(MD)No.942 of 2019 been completed and orders have been passed on 26.09.2019. He has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, in Letter No.Service5(2)/60334/2012, dated 26.09.2019.
