[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 09.06.2022, made in W.M.P.(MD) No.5220 of 2022 in W.P. (MD) No.6778 of 2022.

2. It is brought to our notice that during the pendency of this contempt petition, the main writ petition itself was disposed of and

challenging the final order passed in the writ petition, a special leave petition has also been filed before the Apex Court.

3. That being the factum, nothing remains for adjudication in this contempt petition.
