This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent gave complaint against the petitioner and the police conducted enquiry and found that the dispute in civil in nature has closed the complaint and as of now no complaint is pending against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
