The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing her in a civil dispute. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 4th respondent, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed as civil in nature.
