ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.3316 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021.

2.The respondent has also filed a status report stating that the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court has been duly complied with.

Cont.P(MD)No.1268 of 2021 3.In view of the status report filed by the respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Contempt Petition may be closed.

4.Since the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court, we do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
