ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to attach a sum of Rs.18,000/- per month from the salary of the third respondent till the completion of full payment of Rs.11,95,915/- in pursuance of the order of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai as made in Cr.M.P.No.1374 of 2023 in MC.No.20 of 2013.
2. The Special Deputy Collector, Adi Dravida and Tribal Welfare Department (Unit-II), Madurai, is an appropriate authority. However, the said Special Deputy Collector was not impleaded as a party. Therefore, this Court suo motu impleads the Special Deputy Collector, Adi Dravida and Tribal Welfare Department (Unit-II), Madurai, as the fourth respondent.
3. It is seen that an order has already been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai, in Cr.M.P.No.1374 of 2023 in MC.No.20 of 2/4
2013, to pay monthly Rs.18000/- per month from the salary of the third respondent. The same shall be considered by the fourth respondent, the Special Deputy Collector and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
