ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, all the parties were summoned and enquired, wherein the petitioner has specifically stated that he did not make any propagation and after recording the same, the complaint was closed and thereafter, the third respondent has not called for the petitioner for any enquiry.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
