This petitioner is a tenant of the third respondent. He has 1/4

lodged a complaint that the third respondent by suppressing the SARFAESI proceedings, which is pending on the property, has received an advance amount and has cheated this petitioner. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was treated as a current paper inquiry in N.Ref.G5/E-9925031/236/2025, N.Ref:272/DSP/SMLR/25,74/ALRCIRCLE/25 and it was closed as the dispute is with regard to the landlord and the tenant, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate Forum.
