O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that they have conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in CSR No.351 of 2024 and the same is now pending. Further, he submits that the petitioner has also lodged a complaint on 02.07.2024 as against the fourth respondent to the Superintendent of Police and the same was forwarded for an enquiry in C.No.221/CAMP/SDO/DVK and the same is also pending. 3.The learned Counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the petitioner has locked the door and therefore, the fourth respondent is now in the streets.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner herein has also lodged a complaint, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall also appear before the respondent police and shall co-operate for the enquiry. The respondent police shall refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer and the Social Welfare Officer shall find out the amicable settlement between the parties.
