To cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted for Respondent No.1 herein and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8517 of 2021 dated 06/08/2021 COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order : This Court, by common order dated 06.08.2021, in Crl.OP(MD) Nos.8415, 8517 of 2021, has granted anticipatory bail to the accused in Crime No.7 of 2021 pending on the file of the All Women Police Station, Virudhunagar District, with certain conditions. 2.In order to relax the conditions, the first accused has filed the miscellaneous petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.7046 of 2021. 3.In order to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the accused, the defacto complainant has filed the miscellaneous petitions in Crl.MP(MD)Nos.7047 & 7049 of 2021. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the first accused is complying with the conditions regularly, without any fail.
5.Learned Counsel for the defacto complainant submitted that the first accused, at the instigation of the other accused, has demanded dowry from the defacto complainant, harassed her and also driven her out of the matrimonial home. Her case was not properly placed before the Court. She further submitted that there was a talk for amicably settling the issue and therefore, prayed for appropriate orders.
6.Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the defacto complainant, this Court does not find any ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the accused and the petitions in Crl.MP (MD)Nos.7047, 7049 of 2021 are accordingly, dismissed. 2/3
7.Insofar as the petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.7046 of 2021 is concerned, since it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner therein / first accused is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed as against him is relaxed completely and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
