Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VINOTH KUMAR.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the copy of the letter sent by the Deputy Secretary to Government to the Government Pleader, attached to this Bench, stating that the report from the Additional chief Secretary/commissioner of Revenue Administration has been called for and the same has been obtained on 05.01.2023 and that the draft compliance report has been finalised after the scrutiny of the advisory departments; that since the procedure will take some more time, the case may be adjourned to eight weeks for filing compliance report.
