This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere in civil disputes and harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Mrs.Sowbernika, Sub Inspector of Police, Mathur Police Station, Pudukottai District is present.
3. On instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint of one Srinivasan, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.47 of 2017 against the petitioner and his family members.

4. On reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and therefore, the petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed
5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
