This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in C.C.No.944 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsel are present. The learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier, the petitioner was granted bail and thereafter, due to non appearance, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued by the trial Court.

3. In view of the same, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court by filing application for cancellation of NBW. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the same on the same day in accordance with law.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
