CRP(MD). No.1663 of 2019 This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.835 of 2017. 2.The learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul, sent a letter dated 28.03.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.835 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.07.2022.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in O.S.No.835 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
