Crime No.929 of 2020 Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to further investigate the case in Crime No.929 of 2020 dated 20.09.2020, on the file of the respondent Police and include all sections of offences made out in the complaint and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This petition has been filed for further investigation of the case in Crime No.290 of 2020 dated 20.09.2020 and to file the additional report by including all the offences alleged against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the affidavit.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.929/2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, has been registered on 20.09.2020 and charge sheet was also made ready on 15.10.2020 and will be filed within a period of two weeks. He would further state that the investigation revealed that there was no forged document created by the accused and therefore, charges have been framed only for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13327 of 2020 infructuous. However, the respondent is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of two weeks.
