ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 379 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, in Crime No.854 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant obtained a sum of Rs.50,000/- as loan from the petitioners. After re-paying the principal loan amount, the first petitioner demanded more interest and refused to return his car, which was in possession of the second petitioner and also abused and threatened him with dire consequence. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.13258 of 2021 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the as per the direction of this Court, the respondent police filed a detailed report, wherein it is stated that the petitioners have collected exorbitant interest from the general public and also submitted that two previous cases are pending against the first petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the antecedents of these petitioners and also the report filed by the respondent police, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
