Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 5.7.2019 made in Tr OP.No.111 of 2018 on the file of Principal District Court, Thanjavur.

ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Thanjavur vide the Letter in D.No.211 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021 and appearance of D.Nallathambi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.T.S.Narendravasan, Advocate for the Respondents No.1 to 10 and of Mr.A.Arul Jenifer, Advocate for the Respondents No.11 to 13, this Court made the following order: By order dated 23.01.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.112/2017 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.24/2021 dated 09.02.2021, wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown has requested for extension of 3 months to comply with the above order. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
