This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the 3rd and 4th respondents. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd and 4th respondents, CSR No.1014 of 2020 has been assigned on 04.11.2020 and enquiry has been conducted on the same day and it has been closed on 05.11.2020. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
