PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.23 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent police to the fourth respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C. No. 6 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and that the case was committed before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi and taken on file as S.C.No.65 of 2022. 2/4
