O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the mpugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.

11/G3PS/General /2023, dated 16.06.2023 and consequently seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to grant necessary permission and provide adequate Police protection for conducting the Adal Padal Program on 01.07.2023 at about 07.00 pm to 10.30 pm as part of temple festival of Arulmighu Shri Muthumariamman temple function at Namburanipatti, Thirumayam taluk, Pudukkottai district, by considering the petitioners representation dated 21.06.2023. 2.Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2/5

petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent police, on 21.06.2023, seeking permission to conduct the Adal Padal Programme during the temple festival. The same was rejected by the second respondent. Challenging the same the present writ petition has been filed. 4.The rejection order passed by the second respondent is not readable, meaningless and mis-spelt also. Let a fresh order be passed by the second respondent herein by considering the ground situation and by summoning the parties, immediately. The above said order must be in reasonable manner. If the petitioner aggrieved, he can challenge the same again.

5.With the above said directions and liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed.
