JUDGMENT

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant is reported dead and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
