The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for correction of the survey numbers S.No.536 instead of S.No.360 and as S.No.529/1, 3, 4 and 5 instead of S.No.527/1, 3, 4 and 5, in TN Pudukudi Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 30.11.2013, with regard to correction of the survey numbers, he will consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4.In view of the above, without adverting to the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2013, with regard to correction of the survey numbers and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
