O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, based on the complaint dated 07.09.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the affidavit.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that after receiving the complaint, CSR.No.211 of 2018 was issued and enquiry was conducted and since there was a civil dispute, the complaint was closed on 28.10.2018 by directing the parties to approach the civil forum.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13215 of 2020 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to circulate the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, so that she can workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
