Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.8211/2017/J, dated 13.2.2017 and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and further to direct the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the Petitioner as per the order passed in E.P.No.139/2015 in O.S.No.208 of 2015 and the registered sale deed, dated 22.09.2015.
