Prayer in WP(MD). 4596/ 2017 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent herein to approve forthwith the appointment of petitioner as Water Carrier in the 3rd Respondent school from 27.01.2017 onwards with salary and other attendant benefits.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.4598 of 2017 :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to approve forthwith the appointment of petitioner as Library Attender in the 3rd Respondent school from 27.01.2017 onwards with salary and other attendant benefits.

Cont.P(MD)Nos.1064 and 1065 of 2019 COMMON ORDER Mr.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General has produced the orders of the Chief Educational Officer, Virudhunagar, dated 12.04.2022 in and by which, the appointments of the petitioners as Water Carrier and Library Attender in the 3rd respondent school have been approved.

In view of the said compliance, the Contempt Petitions are closed.

The petitioners are directed to comply with the requirements of the orders of approval forthwith to enable the authorities to issue further orders and also to pay salary at the earliest.
