ORDER

The petitioner is a Contractor, conducting ombudsmen riders in the Temple festival. The 3rd respondent herein, namely, the Executive Officer of Arulmigu Gowmariamman Temple, Veerapandi, Theni District, has invited tender for ombudsmen riders during Chithirai Festival in the year 2016. The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the tender Notification dated 06.01.2016.

2. This writ petition was originally filed before the Principal Seat of this Court in the year 2016. The Principal Seat of this Court, considering the jurisdiction, has directed the matter to be listed before this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition was transferred and listed 2/4

before this Court.

3. Today, when this writ petition is listed for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Since the tender notification is of the year 2016, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.12.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
