ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.60 of 2010, on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Melur, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.60 of 2010, on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Melur. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 29.06.2010.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
