O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned email communication dated 28.11.2016 of the 2nd respondent, through which, it was informed that the petitioner's Licensed Builder and Surveyor login was locked temporarily. The petitioner also sought a direction to the respondents to renew the license of the petitioner for Licensed Builder and Surveyor for the year 20172018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the license of the petitioner, which was suspended vide email communication dated 28.11.2016 has already been revoked and a communication dated 07.04.2017 in support thereof has also been produced before this Court for perusal. It is also represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to file necessary objections, by treating the said communication dated 07.04.2017 as a notice.

In view of the above submission, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to file his objections within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon filing such objections, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, within a period of four weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
