ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.342 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.342 of 2021 and final report is going to be filed before the concerned Court.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a request before this Court that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the same, the respondent is directed to file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
